About Patricia:

Patti Magrann has been a proud community member of Berks County for 34 years. Originally, Patti lived in Sinking Spring for nearly 25 years, where she raised her children, Kelly (34) and Matthew (31). She now resides in Wyomissing. For the past 12 years, Patti has served as a Special Education Paraprofessional for the Wyomissing Area School District. From day one, Patti has demonstrated a relentless passion to help her students excel and get the very most out of their education. 

Patti now hopes to direct that same level of passion towards helping her clients get the very most out of their home buying/selling process. As with all aspects of life, Patti approaches her real estate career with optimism and enthusiasm, and she is thrilled to begin her journey with Pagoda Realty.
